-David Bowie: 1. Outside, VERY RARE! 1995 Italian (made in UK) 19-trk promo package CD album release. Great approx 8" x 8" softcover book titled “The Diary Of Nathan Adler OR The Art-Ritual Murder Of Baby Grace Blue (A non Linear Gothic Drama Hyper-cycle)”. The card sleeve for the CD is glued to the inside of the back cover and the book has an acetate slip cover with "David Bowie 1. Outside" printed in black and red. As well as the diary, the book includes the album lyrics and credits, album related artwork and Bowie’s comments on the album and recording sessions written by John Savage. This uk version was distribuited as promo in Italy adding 'Limited edition' italian issue twenty-eight page booklet with italian translation of the lyrics and diaries by Tito Schipa Jr. and preface by Fernanda Pivano!!
